![]() ![]() The shades have to reset after a driver update. :FFVIimp: :FFVheart: All it takes is patience. Not seeing screen rippling while running like i had before, and everything looks smoother.Įverything is running fine now. Yes! I started it up again then went to make a cup of coffee, just let it run and now it is running smoother. This was due to an issue I had with Horizon ZD PC where a straight upgrade apparently left residual items and the uninstall/install corrected them. You might let it just run for a bit to see if that happens with yours.Īlternatively, you might try replacing the Game Ready driver with the Studio driver until it gets fixed by NVidia (assuming they do).Įdit/Addition: I should note that I always check the "uninstall" box when updating via nvidia gforce experience app and choosing "custom". Eventually the shader ran and after that it starts/runs normally. If this doesn't work for you, still.Автор сообщения: Arch AngleI had similar (noted above) but gave it time without messing with it. You have to go into a folder in your C: drive called Program Data (it's typically a hidden file so you have to turn those on to see it) and in the Hogwarts Legacy folder, delete any files/folders that are shader caches. If anyone else has this problem, it's the shader caches. I have a solution, now, was posted in the Hogwarts Legacy Discussions. Thanks, but that was the first thing I tried before I ever contacted Nvidia. ![]() I tried rolling back the drivers but windows wont let me to it (option is greyed out). Just the opening music playing and a black screen, and I have to close the program via task manager. 528.49) I start up the game, get the warning screen about epilepsy etc. The screen will go dark as if you were updating the drivers and after they come back on, it should work. has anyone else had this problem after the Nvidia driver update (v. The short version goes like this: click on start-> type "device manager" -> display adapters (it should show your graphics card model) ->right click on it -> properties -> roll back drivers. Windows 7: Click System and Security and then System. Windows Vista: Click System and Maintenance and then System or simply System (in Classic view). I have found the instructions on Nvidia website for windows 7 but it is not that hard for windows 10 as well. ![]() Автор сообщения: LockeagleHi, I found a solution for the problem: basically the drivers need to be rolled back to a previous version that worked with hogwarts legacy. ![]()
